In Kombat Group’s boxing training alone, you can train for 1,170 minutes per week - 210 minutes (3.5 hours) per day!
You will train Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 10:00 in the morning, and 17:00 to 19:00 in the afternoon. On Saturdays from 09:00 to 10:00.
Our guests always achieve amazing results by the end of their stay. We monitor progress with weekly body composition checks.
Boxing is an incredible fat burner
Have you ever noticed that boxers are always covered in a sheen of sweat? This is because boxing is one of the most physically demanding total-body workouts and exercises the lungs, heart and muscles all at the same time. An intense boxing session can burn up to 1,117 calories per hour (according to NutriStrategy).
Boxing is rigorous, high-intensity interval training, and HIIT sessions dominate among weight loss workouts. Train cardiovascular strength and endurance more effectively than most workouts available today. Intensive and explosive exercises followed by constant repetition of the various strikes are exceptional in improving both aerobic and anaerobic breathing.
If you train constantly, the heart becomes much healthier and the human body begins to regulate oxygen much more efficiently, resulting in better energy management and improved overall physical health. Quality cardio exercise is also one of the key components in weight loss management. Boxing offers many opportunities to exercise the heart - the main muscle that keeps us alive and vital!
You will always have at least one coach at your side, ready to advise you on how to improve your technique to get the best results! And if you really want to push hard, combine boxing with some Functional Training classes. You'll be back in shape in no time!
What you will need to do is to approach your training in the best way with some equipment, lots of water and a strong desire to give your best in the gym. And have fun!
We can provide you with water, gloves, handwraps, the best trainers, the best facility and even shirts and shorts from our shop. All you have to bring is the grit and tenacity! ;)
We always keep the number of coaches high to guarantee you the individual attention necessary for continuous improvement. One or more coaches are dedicated to beginners and follow you during the three hours of daily training. You will train alongside amateur and professional boxers and can learn from them as well. And not only during training; at lunch or dinner, we witness wonderful conversations about boxing among our guests who exchange opinions and advice. Sometimes they even do extra training together!

All of our trainers are dedicated professionals as well as professional fighters. They will manage your development and take your skills to the next level. Boxing is incredibly beneficial on the cardiovascular level and is a full body workout. It combines upper body movement with fast and agile footwork.
If you are a beginner, your workouts will be performed in complete safety, and you will not participate in advanced sparring sessions. Instead, you will have technical sparring sessions paired with other guests of a comparable level.

You have the advantage of training alongside professional boxers, sparring with them and greatly improving your level. Not only during training: at lunch or dinner we witness wonderful conversations about boxing among our guests, who exchange opinions and advice ... and who end up doing extra training together! The gym is at your disposal 24 hours a day, to do some extra workouts.
All of our coaches are dedicated and talented professionals, as well as being professional fighters. They will be able to take your skills to the next level thanks to the two daily training sessions.
In the morning, you have specific boxing warm-ups, footwork, sprints and workouts for the athletic, strength and power part.
In the afternoons, classes always begin with a warm-up, followed by bag work and mitts work; conditioned sparring and classic sparring three times a week.
You train from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 10:00 in the morning, and in the afternoon from 17:00 to 19:00. On Saturday from 09:00 to 11:00.
Taking part in sparring is entirely optional and you will be expertly matched with another guy at the same level as you or a little higher. We provide the 16 oz gloves and sparring head gear, which are always cleaned and disinfected after each session.

Our head coach is Joel Lubiano Kwong: WBC Silver Super Bantamweight Champion. He is a Filipino boxer with years of experience in Thailand. Joel has trained hundreds of professionals of different nationalities, weights and heights. You can work with him during sparring sessions as well as with the other professional boxers in the camp. We have weekly arrivals of new boxers, and if you are lucky enough to stay here long, you will have new sparring partners each week.
We also host other gyms for sparring nights so you never get bored or stall in your progress!

The gym is always open for you to do extra training and work on specific drills by yourself. The area around the camp is perfect for morning runs around the lake. You can find running partners here at the camp for morning runs before it gets too hot.
You will also have the opportunity if you plan to stay a minimum of four weeks to fight in stadiums in Pattaya and all over Thailand!
KOMBAT BRONZE PACKAGE
What does your package include?
Two workouts a day from Monday to Friday and one on Saturday morning. Sunday is free to relax or visit the surroundings. The gym is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The head coach comes from Filipino boxing school and he's a WBC champion.

Here you will find everything you need whether you are a beginner, a professional fighter or simply want to lose weight and get fit.
800 m² of space equipped with three regular-sized rings and a smaller, Mexican ring;
11 heavy bags, three uppercut bags, four wall bags, three double-end bags, two speed bags;
a fully equipped fitness area with cardio machines, weights, and equipment for crossfit and functional training.
Choice of accommodation between a single room or a bed in a dormitory. Double rooms are available for couples. The rooms in the Bronze package area are more basic for those on a budget and have a weekly housekeeping service included.

Choice of single room, double room (only for couples) or dorm bed. All rooms have a fan and do not have a boiler for a hot shower.
Single rooms have a single mattress; double mattress for double rooms and bunk beds in the dorm.
All rooms have a wardrobe, an en-suite bathroom, a fan (no a/c) and WiFi.
All rooms have a patio and are located outside the resort, within short walking distance to the restaurant and gym.
Training is made easier with three meals a day, seven days a week, served at our onsite restaurant.
